I have known Matthew for two years, when I first listened to a presentation on the services of his company Signalfire. I was so impressed after speaking to him after the presentation that I recommended that Matthew update the Bay Shore Inn website to the Board of Directors.
Matthew’s planning, preparation and knowledge was at a level I had never seen before. His explanations were detailed, but at a level I could grasp immediately. This does not normally happen when people talk about computers, websites and the internet. The finished product was unbelievable with Matthew’s ideas and my input. The Bay Shore Inn 2011 reservations have increased by greater than 15% over the 2010 reservations and the on-line reservations have increased fourfold. I attribute this increase to Matthew and the improvements he has made to our website.
Matthew continues to offer and make improvements and updates to our website. He also makes on site visits on a regular basis. He has met with Board Members to explain the capabilities of our website and makes updates as requested.
