Work with a Small Agency Team with Diverse Clients from Manufacturing to Tourism Destinations

US: We tell our client’s stories through digital, print, and social media. We’re located in Delavan, a small town in Southeast Wisconsin, but with clients all over.

We enjoy Kwik Trip Dunkers, M&Ms, short walks to the coffee maker, email marketing, puns on social media, digital marketing data dashboards, tacos, an office beer here and there, and connecting with our clients so we can help them connect with their ideal customers.

YOU: A fun, personable individual with experience writing great content. Someone who loves to learn and dive into the diverse industries that make up our client list. Can manage tasks and deadlines while laughing at our bad jokes.


  • Write social media captions, gather visuals, and post content to client social media pages
  • Monitor social media pages of all clients
  • Create content for social media including text, photos, and video (bonus for experience with short form video)
  • Create and maintain social media calendars for clients
  • Stay up-to-date on current social media trends and updates
  • Work with team to brainstorm ideas for social media content
  • Report on client social media performance and identify social media KPIs
  • Setup and manage paid social media marketing programs with emphasis on Facebook and LinkedIn ads


  • At least one (1) year of experience managing brand or business social media accounts
  • Wicked great writing and grammar
  • Maintain brand “voices” for multiple clients
  • Passion for learning
  • Fluent in Google or Microsoft Office products
  • Understands social media performance data reporting

Bonus Points

  • Powerful sense of humor
  • Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial marketing
  • Experience with data reporting tools
  • Extensive organizational skills
